Syndicate is a tool for scheduling and publishing content to social media platforms. You are solely responsible for all content you publish using the App and for ensuring that your use complies with the terms of service of each connected platform (Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, LTK, ManyChat, etc.).
You are responsible for maintaining the security of any API keys, passwords, or access tokens you enter into the App. All credentials are stored locally on your device. We have no access to them.
You agree not to use the App to:
The App integrates with third-party APIs. We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or policy updates by those services that may affect App functionality.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that posts will publish successfully on every platform at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed posts, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or data loss.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
